You do not like an item ordered or it does not fit you? With DHL Online Return you just have to send it back free of charge.

How long can you return the items?
You can return the goods to us free of charge up to thirty days after receipt of the delivery and we will refund the money after checking the return. Please note that a return is not possible if the deadline has been exceeded, if the item(s) have already been worn by you or if they are customised items (Custom Made shirts, monogram embroidery).

How to handle it?
If possible, pack the undamaged goods in the original shipping carton. You can optionally fill in and enclose the returns note that we have sent you by e-mail. However, this is not mandatory. Download the returns label using the link below, print it out and stick it clearly visible on the parcel. Please do not return the consignments carriage forward under any circumstances!
